Introduction to AutoCAD Seminar

Goal

This workshop is for new users who want a solid foundation in AutoCAD. This course will cover all basics from drawing and editing, to layer controls, dimensioning and plotting.

How the Program Works

This program features hands on use of AutoCAD with realistic examples. Each student will perform exercises using AutoCAD to learn the logic and detailed operations required to effectively utilize AutoCAD.

Methodology

Training sessions are comprised of lecture, written exercises, large and small group discussions, PowerPoint and video recording. Attendees receive a copy of AutoCAD 2007 Bible by Ellen Finkelstein. Including a CD with hundreds of AutoCAD examples and a trial version of AutoCAD 2007.
